Time to re-visit Armenian Constitution. Although there is no specific mention of "sexual orientation", I believe this article (14.1) of the Constitution equally applies (or so it should be) to gay men and women.
Constitution of RA
Article 14.1 Everyone shall be equal before the law.
Any discrimination based on any ground such as sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or other personal or social circumstances shall be prohibited.
ՀՀ սահմանադրությունը

Another "political analyst" from Planet Bizarro showed up in Hetq today: http://hetq.am/en/politics/igor-muradyan-3
[...]
According to the analyst, Europe today is experiencing a crisis of politics, the economy and of its value system and that is a generator of racism, fascism and homosexuals, a combination that can lead to nothing of a positive nature.

???????
Muradyan is one of Armenia's main nationalist drum-beaters and has been since even before the Karabakh war. Probably he can be considered one of the main people responsible for the Karabakh movement.
Anyway, not sure I'd call him an analyst, but whatever. He's also very antisemitic and talks of an eternal struggle between "Armenian Aryans" and "Semitic Jews." He even blames the Jews for the Karabakh war.
Muradyan has also been denied visa for the U.S., something he blames the Armenian Assembly of America for, but it's probably more to do with his antisemitism.
...and yet he's against racism. That whole article made no sense, and now I know it wasn't just me. Perhaps next time he'll remember to include "Masons" on his list of "least favorite things"?
Anyway, back to the Armenian Constitution, apparently lots of people need to read it, huh?
