As far as I understood, this was done by Yerevan municipality :))

I think this is a part of a project funded by eurasia foundation but not yerevan municipaliti's job :)

Thanks for letting me know, Sara. That's what I was told (re Yerevan municipality) but I was not sure. Will now try to confirm this with Eurasia Foundation and will post in comments section.
