Guys, sorry for confusion. I now clarified the info. This taxi service is for women only (no single man can be served; only if accompanied by woman). But taxi drivers are men. I amended my post accordingly.
Mika jan, is that still true? I heard that initially the Pink Taxi was intended for women, but (I'm guessing due to the need for more fares?) it now accepts fares from men too (single, not necessarily accompanied by a woman). We should confirm if it's now just a regular taxi or still catering mainly to women...

This is really very nice and interesting. Women would love to hire such a beautiful taxi. I want all women to read this blog and know about this beautiful facility.
As a potential visitor to Yerevan, this seems like a nice service, but it does make me ask why a women's only taxi service is necessary. Are Yerevan men obnoxiously sexist, harassing, or what?
The drivers are women? Sweet! :D if I go to Yerevan, I'll make sure to use that taxi service :)
